This guide has been created to help owners confidently and easily navigate the WeconnectU Owner portal. Owners can view and access certain information relating to their Unit/s linked to their email addresses.
The following modules are available to Owners:
1. Owner Dashboard
2. My Units
3. Documents
1. Owner Dashboard
This is the main screen that the Owners would get when logging into the Owner portal and community scheme.
The following items are displayed on the Owner Dashboard:
1.1. Tasks & Offences
The dashboard provides Owners with a clear overview of the number of tasks associated with their unit, along with a record of any Offence letters issued to them
1.2. Bank Balance
The amount of money in the Bank Accounts (The current accounts on the left-hand side and the Investment accounts on the right-hand side).
Note: Owners will only be able to view the bank balance, but will not be able to drill down to view the transactions processed on these bank accounts. |
1.3. Levy Statement
- On the Dashboard, Owners can access and download their statements by selecting the desired date range and clicking the Download button. This allows them to generate statements for specific months as needed.
- Owners can access individual invoices directly from the Statement by clicking on the invoice number, which appears as a blue hyperlink. Upon selection, the corresponding invoice will open in a new browser tab for detailed viewing.
- On the far right, the total outstanding balance as of the login date will be displayed.
2. My Units
2.1. Unit Info
Navigation: Click on My Units > Unit Info
On the landing page, it will display all the units that are linked to the Owner's email address. To view the full owner details, select 'View Unit Info'.
2.1.1. View Unit Info
Here, the Owner will be able to view the following:
- Owner Details
Only the owner's name and email address will be displayed.
- Occupants & Additional
Any additional email addresses that have been loaded, such as those of rental agents, attorneys, or occupants, will be displayed in this section
- Finances
This section will show the statement for the selected unit.
- Communication
All communications sent to the Unit owner from the WeconnectU Solution.
2.2. Tasks
Navigation: My Units > Tasks
The Owner will see all the active, overdue, and completed tasks on the Owner's unit. The Owner can see the deadline date, the person responsible for completing this task, and the status of the task.
To view the details of a task, click on the task card. This would open the details of the task and the feedback that was provided on this task.
2.3. Offences
Navigation: My Unit > Offences.
On this screen, the Owner will be able to see all the warnings and penalties that have been issued to them. They would see on which date it was issued, the type of offense, and the reason for issuing the offense.
3. Documents
The Owners can view and download all the documents relevant to the community, facilitating easy access to important information and resources.
Community Planner-related documents can be accessed in the Meeting and Finance Document Category. Additional documents, such as conduct rules and other regulations, are typically categorized under Statutory and General Documents.
To download any file, simply click on the three dots located on the far right-hand side next to each item and select download.
