CMS - How to Set up Global Compliance

Global Compliance


Navigation: Globale Level > Settings > Compliance





Step 1. Click on any of the Compliance items on the screen. On the pop-up menu, the Planned date can be amended as required. The compliance Criteria can also be amended to be Document uploaded or Mark as complete. Checklist items can also be amended or added as needed.





Step 2: Click  Save and Apply to apply this compliance item to all communities.





Note: Changes made on this page will apply to all unplanned and globally applied items, that have not yet been edited, in all communities. You are able to customize these items and their planned dates on a community level under Community Compliance Setup.




Community Compliance



Note: Changes that only need to be made to specific community compliance cards and not to all the communities, can be done from the Community Level
.



Navigation: Community Level > Settings > Compliance
