CMS - How to Remove/Suspend a Community

1. Suspend a Community

Navigation: Global Overview > Communities 




Next to the relevant community click on Menu Options and select Suspend account. The community will automatically be suspended and will no longer reflect on the community list.




2. Reactivate a Suspended Community

Navigation: Global Overview > scroll down > Community List


This process is quite easy. Please send an email to WeconnectU stating which community needs to be reactivated, and we'll do the work for you. You can reach us at support@weconnectu.co.za.


Please note that a community that has been transferred to another reseller cannot be unsuspended. You will need to contact the current Property Manager for access.
