The community page will no longer only appear on the Dashboard instead it can now be accessed via the navigation sidebar on the left of the screen.

1. Community Page View

By clicking on the Communities Icon the following screen will appear. The Communities page will by default be filtered into the following tabs:

  • Active: This consists of all communities ( including active Take-On's ) within the Property Managing Agency.
  • Take-on: All communities with an active Take-on screen.
  • Suspended: This is a list view of all communities within the Reseller that are currently suspended.

Note: Any transferred communities will not reflect under the Suspense Tab.

Each Community will have a community card that will display the following information:

  • Community Code
  • Community Name
  • Address Details
  • Amount of Units
  • Year end

Each community will have a community card that will have the menu options to the far right. This is where the Property Managing Agent can make adjustments on the community and or log in from here.

Note: Only Super Users will be able to Suspend a community. This will also reflect on this drop-down list.

Click on the Community card, a pop-up will appear that displays the most relevant information for the specific category selected on the left side of the community card. This information is not editable on the card.

The Property Managing Agent will also be able to log in to the community directly from the pop-up.

2. Community Page Navigation

For easy more efficient navigation in the right-hand corner, there are multiple sorting and filtering options. Here is where any new communities which need to be added will be added. Click here for an Article on this topic.

Communities can be searched by typing in the Community Code, Name, Community registration number and or CSOS number in the search bar.

2.2 Sort By Function

The community card list view can be sorted either by Name, Units and/or Year end dates. This is done by clicking on the Sort icon a drop-down will appear.

2.3 Filter Function

Click on the Filter icon, this is great for grouping communities via the multiple filter options below. Multiple filter options can be selected at once.

Clear the filters selected at the top of the community page individually or navigate back to the filter icon and click on clear.

3. Community Page Exports

By clicking on the Download icon, a drop-down for exporting options will be displayed. All exports will by default be in an Excel Format.

There are multiple export combinations which can be applied. Either select all or only what is requested or applicable to be exported. The data on the export is the same data which is displayed on the community card in the different categories.

Note: The selection will remain, should there be a need to change after the download then simply, select/deselect the download options.
