How to: Run Cashbook Rules

Cashbook rules can be run on a Global Overview or in a specific community.

1. Global Overview

Navigation: Global Level > Finances > General > Cashbook > Cashbook Options > Run Rules

Select the communities whose rules you want to run by ticking the boxes in the Run Rules Column. You will be able to select multiple communities on this page.

Important: The Rules can only be run ONCE A DAY per community on the Global Overview.

2. Community Overview

Navigation: Community Level > Finances > General > Cashbook > Cashbook Options > Run Rules

Note: On a Community Level, the rules can be run multiple times.

Once you have Run the Rules, the transactions will then be allocated to the corresponding Ledger account selected in the Rule Created.
