1. Activate Profile via Reset Password Email

Navigation: Open email received > Click on the link

Only SuperUsers can send reset password emails, should a password need to be reset, request this from the SuperUser on the profile. The below email will be sent to the email address linked to the user.

2. Reset Password

Navigation: Automatically redirected to the page.

Criteria for the Password

• Minimum 8 Characters
• Must include a combination of
  • Lowercase
  • Uppercase
  • Numbers
  • Special Characters (!@#$%)
• EXAMPLE: W3c0nnEc%_U

3. Login

Navigation: Click on > Click Here
